Andrew is a proven trial attorney and litigator whose practice is entirely devoted to representing plaintiffs in complex civil litigation, including catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, tractor-trailer collision, technology litigation, and medical negligence cases. Andrew counts as one of his greatest accomplishments the impact he has made in the lives of his clients and the preparation necessary to ensure that his clients’ experiences are heard, understood, and validated.
In the courtroom, Andrew has served as lead counsel, obtaining significant results in extremely challenging cases. His experience has led to the representation of clients throughout the United States and before numerous Federal and State courts. Such cases have ranged from catastrophic wrongful death matters, product liability actions, commercial truck collisions, sexual assaults, serious medical negligence actions, and complex business cases. In those cases, Andrew has established a track record of obtaining multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements for his clients.

Andrew grew up on a farm in rural Surry County, North Carolina. After undergraduate studies, he later moved to Birmingham, Alabama, to pursue a Juris Doctor and a Master’s in Business Administration degrees from the Cumberland School of Law and Samford University. By previous appointment of the President of the Alabama State Bar, Andrew has served as a committee member on the Specialization and Certification Task Force for members across the state. He is also proud to volunteer with several non-profit, civil, and judicial organizations. Andrew is a husband and father of four. His family attends and are members of Shades Mountain Baptist Church in Vestavia Hills, Alabama.
