Jenna has built her career and reputation on representing injured people and their families during times of greatest need. Her litigation experience has spanned coast-to-coast, and she has been involved in some of the largest and most impactful litigation cases in the United States. Prior to joining the firm, Jenna worked for over a decade for a national plaintiffs’ practice, successfully litigating numerous complex cases. She has held the honor of being deputized by the Attorney General of the State of Alabama to pursue the State of Alabama’s multi-billion-dollar recovery in the BP Deepwater Horizon oil spill litigation. In addition to catastrophic single-event litigation, Jenna also has significant experience in mass action and multidistrict litigation, including bellwether cases in transvaginal mesh (TVM) and J&J’s federally consolidated talcum powder cases.
Jenna is a native of Birmingham, Alabama. She is a graduate of the University of Alabama and Samford University – Cumberland School of Law. During law school, she clerked for the Honorable Sharon L. Blackburn on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. Jenna is a designated “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers, a peer-review designation that recognizes the top 2.5 percent of lawyers younger than age 40. Jenna is an advocate for civil rights and the importance of improving healthcare and medical outcomes, especially for women and children. Jenna is passionate about her faith and raising four daughters with her husband. Her family attends Shades Mountain Baptist Church in Vestavia Hills, Alabama.
